Fee schedule

 

New patient intake with explanation of findings and treatment is $100.  Subsequent treatments are $80. 

 

Occasionally, there are situations where ongoing treatments for a similar condition are charged at a reduced fee.  If this is appropriate, I will discuss it with you.

 

Herbal formulae are available at a reasonable cost.

 

I accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

 

I also accept motor vehicle Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage, Worker's Compensation cases, and offer a service discount through the HMSA365 program.
